Education system and its development

We all know how important educating is. This is the foundation block on which we have based our modern society; in fact any culture was based on the foundations of knowledge. The propagation of knowledge from one generation to another is what is dealt in an education system. They try to device methods in which the further generation can be passed on with the knowledge they have. This also helps us weave the fabric of our society. We do not have to think of ways every time once we decide on one type of system.

When we decide on one system or way to impart knowledge to our next generation we think of many things. We take care of the growing needs and the various ways we need to improve. When we impart our already existing knowledge to our students we want to encourage the ability to use it for further development. In the making of a system of appropriate education for our generations, we also need to understand the various psychologies and abilities of human. Not all students are of the same caliber. Some students are good at some skill and some at other.

A good education system needs to understand all these nuances of education. Hence if the overall education system just thinks of promoting the new developments it is actually not possible. For further development of any thing you need some followers of the present knowledge so that you are able to know the possibilities of the present resources. With the help of this knowledge only we shall get to know how we can go further. Also the present knowledge is important for it helps you take care of the processes at present. When your mind is thinking and is working on something you need strength for it to perform.

Those who follow the present rules and knowledge actually provide the whole system with this required strength. This way we get to know one more concern while we decide about our education system, that is the different role plays in the society. Hence when we are educating our kids and making them aware of the things in the world we try to teach them about everything in the first time. With the passing time they can understand their own strengths and qualities and take up a life which suits their capabilities the best. Hence the education system is never developed to overburden the students and hold back their development. It is to help them grow and move on ahead with their lives. It is for them to understand themselves better and grow whole helping the community grow.
 
However, some changes are necessary to be made in the system from time to time. You need to understand that as and when a generation passes on we develop to a certain extend. He once the next generation which comes is already aware of those developments. We need not load them with the nitty-gritty which was told to the earlier generation. We can shift our concerns to new topics with a brief reference to the old ones.
