If you think that there is nothing which is dealing with education and self esteem and that they are not related then you are wrong. Education is not enlightenment instead it is a tool which the society provides you with so that you can be respectable part of the society. Self esteem is very much a by product of respect, and hence there is serious dealing with education and self esteem. You get to think that enlightens of self and belief in you own qualities would lead you to self confidence.

Certainly, it shall but intellect is a rich mans pleasure. For the poor to deal with their lives they need education, something which deals with the material life. The education tries to empower you with all the information that would help you lead a life that is comfortable. It would teach you about the various systems of the world, how they operated, what the different processes are and what the different role plays are. It gets you ready for the machinery of life, so that you are able to have a view of all the things and know where you fit in the whole machinery.

Hence we can know the actual dealing with education and self esteem. When you are able to know what you are in whole machinery, you are able to take up a place. You find acceptance and a freedom from the higher orders which dictate your life. To a great extent you drive your life and this is what gives you the feeling of self esteem in you. You no longer have to go to anyone to do the basic things for you; you can take care of yourself and help yourself out of any situation. This is what the education system tries to do to you and this is the dealing with education and self esteem.

To understand better we can look at the plight of women in the underdeveloped areas. These women have no access o education, this is the reason they are so dependent on their husbands and the elderly of the house for her work. She cannot do the basic reading and writing for herself and she gets to know nothing about the outside world. This is the reason she becomes a meek house manager who cannot manage the house also solely on her own. However with the help of the education programs and self empowerment programs you can understand the dealing with education and self esteem.

There are many women who are now able to take care of their households on their own; they are individuals in the worlds and no more dependent on anyone to prove their identity. They are heading cooperative groups and cashing on their available skills and resources. This is what the education has done to them. They are a more empowered group leading to generation which is independent and strong. This way the education has not boosted the self esteem of one generation of the generations that shall follow them. There is clear difference in the progress rates of the places which show this disparity.
